Production Supporter (m/f/d)

Our client, a Swiss company with a global presence in textiles and product design, is seeking an energetic Production Supporter (m/f/d) to support late shift operations in Zurich. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and available to start immediately in a 3-month temporary role. Working students are welcome.

Depending on the performance there will be a possibility for an extension or a permanent take over.

Description

In this role, the selected candidates will work closely with experienced machine operators and provide essential support in daily production tasks, including:

• Ensuring smooth material flow by keeping production lines well supplied
• Assisting experienced machine operators during shift operations with hands-on support
• Handling basic logistics tasks, such as material movement and organizing storage areas
• Preparing, unpacking, and packing materials to support production readiness
• Contributing to a clean and organized workspace to maintain efficiency and safety across all shifts

Profile

In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:

• Hands-on mentality and interest in production or logistics
• Technical affinity or background is welcomed
• Reliability and ability to work structured and independently
• Willingness to work in late shifts
• Ideally first experience in a similar environment
• A team player mindset and openness to learning on the job
• Good communication in English, any other languages are a plus
• Willingness to perform physical work
